hello !
I'm still here with öy questions about dance pole !!
I would like to put a script in a dance pole with a drop down menu where we could change dances (I could also add or remove dances in the script) and who could be used only by one person, a person that I will choose myself and put his key in the script. So I am still the owner of the pole but I can activate it or desactivate it by changing the script, but I would like that the pole can be used only by one person^^
I'm already a little working on scripts but I never studied java etc... so it's a little too difficult for me to understand everything
but I'm able to öodify some scripts but not yet to create one in his totality^^
if someone have some kind of script or could help me, it would be nice...
thank you for your help^^

I produce a pole that does everything you say with the exception of limiting it to one person. My poles can be set to allow group access only. It would be possible to make a script that would limit access to an access list from a notecard but as you are only the second person in six months to lok for this, and the other actually wanted group access control once questioned, it is not a high priority to develop. You would probably be better off using group restrictions as it is easier to manage and does not require editing an access list everytime you want to add or remove a dancer.

One word of caution--and hope: Different poledance animations, especially from different animators, make different assumptions about where the pole is with respect to the avatar. So just selecting an animation isn't quite good enough. Now, in the past, you had to have a separate poseball-like prim for the avatar to sit on, and then move it around to match the dance animations assumptions. Now, with llSetLinkPrimitiveParams(), the avatar is itself a part of the linkset and can be moved around without needing to waste a prim.

We've been in development of it for several weeks and released it for sale about 2 weeks ago.

- The pole is RETRACTABLE, on the click of a button it will disappear into the stage or pop back up. You can also configure the diameter and length of the pole.

- The pole can be left open, group locked and/or an access list of people that can use the pole.

- Comes with 5 dances and you can add a up to a total of 22 dances in the pole, as well as having it 'autocycle' the dances (you can configure the length of each dance in the cycle).

- When you add dances, it has a built in configuration menu so you can adjust the x/y/x position of the dancer on the pole and then will chat out the settings for the config card.

- The DANCER can fine adjust their position on the pole (no more knees in the floor or floating 2 feet in the air) and if that's not enough, the pole will give the dancer a small HUD to wear, when they wear the HUD, it will SAVE THEIR CUSTOM POSITIONS. and when the get on our of our poles ANYWHERE, if that pole has the SAME DANCE, it will AUTOMATICALLY adjust their position.

Come down to Club Serenity http://slurl.com/secondlife/Ibranic/223/165/86 and check the out, they are available in the vendor in our main lobby, or IM me, Jango Fell, Lyssa Dahelie or Ilana DeSantis and we'll give you a personal demo)

and check out our Lap Dance Recliner while you're there :)

If all fails, just search for Miffy Fluffy under persons, and look under his picks for MLP.
That's the OPENSOURCE script that's generally used for sexgen beds, but you can actually use it for whatever you like. Like inside a dancepole, and fill it up with dances instead of sexpositions for example. Works fantastic! And with a bit of fiddling, you could put 2 dancers on 1 pole even :D
