Need help building a rental system php mysql

Hello,

From speaking with others, it seems what i want to do requires php and mysql set up outside sl.
I have all that but don't know where to start.

If there's anyone here that could help me build a rental system please contact me in-world.
Or if someone could recommend some classes or someone i can meet, i'd much appreciate.

I have built a basic rental system without the need to go off world - what exactly are you try to acheive ?
