How do I make a poofer? And is there a way to put all your poofers in say a HUD?

Try The Particle Laboratory (search places) in Teal for a nice interactive introduction, samples, and so on.

You won't be able to put an entire poofer inside a HUD, particles won't behave correctly inside them. What you can do is make a HUD that sends chat commands out to a second attachment you wear elsewhere, and have that other attachment do the actual particle work.
