Hi,
I'd like to know whether there's any script (within an object attached to or worn by an avie) that can detect whether this same avie's shirt is worn or taken off?
Same thing for the undershirt and other clothing parts?

If there is, an example script would be appreciated!

Nope.
Not to say you can't make prim clothing.
