Is there a trick to llGetParcelFlags()?
llGetParcelFlags(llGetPos()) returns 0, even when I'm the parcel owner.

Sorry this one is my fault. The function was in the preview, then was taken out at the last minute because it wasn't working (at all). The function itself was left in as a no op. I should have communicated this better. The function has been re-enabled and properly works internally. This should make it out to you very soon, but I don't know exactly which minor release that will be. Sorry.
