I really do not know how to trigger it to either switch to a differnt tail on my ave thats at the correct angle or rotate, otherwise it goes directly into the ground and looks kinda odd.

You could do something like most animation overriders use - scan every so often to see if the "sit" animation is playing, if so, move the tail.

I'm a little too new to this......I understand some basic c++ and flash action script, but do not know how to really set and get atributes with objects, or trigger them. I've loeked through the tutorial but its far to vague. |

I've loeked through the tutorial but its far to vague. I suggest a better tutorial, like that found on the LSL Wiki (www.secondlife.com/badgeo). Anyway, looking up ZHAO or WetIkon would be one way to see, but the essence would be to set up a timer using llSetTimerEvent to go off (for example) every 0.25 seconds. In the timer event, you would use an if statement to check to see if you are sitting, i.e. CODE
as the simplest example. It would be much better to change state when you sit and when it again finds you standing up, but I'd want to see how you wanted to have your tail go to give you a more precise code snippet. _____________________
