I am trying, unsuccessfully so far, to use a card reader to set up a dialog menu. This would allow the options to be changed by modifying the card that is read. Any tips, even that it cannot be done, would be appreciate.

Well, that doesn't sound particularly hard to me - what problems are you having? Have you used notecards and/or dialogs before?

It shouldn't be hard. Just read the card to a string, use that string in your dialog.

You are absolutely right, there is not problem doing this with the possible exception of attempting it while still asleep. Thanks for waking me up.
