Im not sure if this is possible that why im asking if following option could be scripted

-Skin Changes at random times to another skin
-Skin Changes When clicked
-Skin Changes When clicked by someone else

now your question is why do u need this ?

collor changing tattoo (and yes it has to be on the skin)

Sorry, there is no way to manipulate skins or clothes from a script. (excluding prim clothes)
