I have an answering machine script that people can leave me messages, and it IM's me.
What I'm seeing is that when someone leaves a number of messages ina short timeframe, and I am offline, I am getting only 1 email with all the IM's dumped into it, instead of a separate email for each IM.
Is this somehow the IM to Email feature of SL batching up all messages to someone for a given period, and then emailing them all at once?

Seems so... if you get a number of IM's within 30 seconds or so (definitely has to be under a minute) it seems to lump them into one e-mail.
That's what I see with my visitor sensor.

It's happening for all instant messages, those sent from an av as well, but yes, it's batching them.
