Hello all you gifted scriptors! I am working with a teleport script. I initially understood that my vector values could come from simply placing an object where I wanted to land and grabbing its values. So...I plugged them in and found that I ended up in the air somwhere I then realized that it wasnt the exact location vector that I was looking for it was the difference between the objects(Origin, Destination). Starting at <0,0,0> and tweeking it got me jumping around a bit more locally however, it is still very difficult to determine how to get to my intended destination. Question: How can I determine the difference between one prim and another. I believe the answer to this question should give me what I need to teleport within my sim. If I am going about this wrong please give me a good slap on the wrist Thanks as always!

vector sit_offset = destination_position - llGetPos(); There are scripts out there that can automagically set the correct sit offset and sit rotation to point at a special scripted target. And when you move the target it updates the teleporter
