Quotation marks in strings

How do you embed or display a quotation mark " within a string?
We don't seeem to have an llAscii lol

\" = Quotation Mark
\n = New Line
\\ = Backslash
\t = Tab (adds spaces so that the stringlength is divisible by 4)

Thanks Hank, and also Abram in UNI of Second Life,
both of yu steered me in right direction:

lllSay(0,"\"Hello\"";);

will say "Hello" but then how would you display a \ in a string? lol

Don't forget
