Swing by the sim called Pi.
There is a lot there selling cars (RPM), a couple of which are full-mod. Starting at L$150 for the golf-carts which are full-mod.
Also has the (free) reference vehicle he used available for copy.
Note none of these use menus, but are a good start if you want to first figure out vehicles.
