Hello, i would like to know before to send me in search, if it is possible to do a ... script that allow me to know the localisation of people in 2L ? without to be in theirs friends liste.

Unless you have a scanner running in the sim they're in, I don't think you can do that.

Personally, I have no problem with that - no interest in any random person being able to follow me around.
