unwanted unsit when prim changes shape

hi,

when i sit on an object and one of it child prims changes shape i get unwanted unsit.

is there a solution that i stay seated?

Unfortunately, no. If you want a prim to change shape, it'll have to be unlinked from the set you're seated on.

I think you can set a prim's alpha setting, position, & rotation without forcing an unsit, and in that case you can have two different prims switch off (and no, you can't do the same for setting phantom - you'll set the entire object as phantom).

What I did when I had the same problem was break the build into two objects and have the person sit on the unchanging part - but then I had to write some sync code so everytime one object got moved the other followed after it. What a pain.
