I will kindly tell you it's likely to get you a lot of abuse and not be welcomed by many if not all.
For the remainder, make sure your sound is short (<10s), and look up llLoopSound on the wiki, that will be the way to do it.
You can't actually script yourself directly like that, you'll have to attach an object with the script in it.
