Is it possible to allow objects to link if they are set as no-mod for the next owner. I know that the permissions must be requested by the script and given by the owner before linking will take place but my testing with others has suggested that can only take place in a +mod object.

Is there any scripting tricks that can get around that?

not as far as I've tested, unless your permissions for both objects are +mod, they won't link....

I haven't tested that with objects in which for each item script object and objcetB creator == creator && owner == owner... but I think they won't as -Mod
