triggering animation

Hi all, Happy New Year!! Pkease excuse my thickheadedness-cold, tissue papers and this code,
got the animation running on the last script just cant figure out why or how to get it to fire on this script;

Your question is really vague, and I don't see "this script" that you mentioned. Try providing more information about what is supposed to happen and what does or does not happen.

ty ArchTx Edo for having any interest, I guess when I saw the initial post go to the third page I lost hope of finding help. i had tried to get the animation to fire in this script but can't figure what I have done or not done rigth , also not in need of the flight coded parts and if possible would like to make it rideable by any; basically I'm creatig a pull cart and the puller will sit on a block (vehicle)hense need for animation to fire :-). Got it to work in a
previous attempt;
