I need help to make a bed script so avatar can lie down and "rest" but i didnt find any function responsible for lying. I tried to look for animations but there is no such animation... Is there anyway to solve this problem?

There is a standard lying down anim, it's called sleep. Some of the basic stand poses oriented the right way via a script (typically in a poseball) might actually work better for a sunbathing pose. The main problem with a stand pose is that everyone's AO will "break" it.
The other way of doing it also uses a poseball or a "poseball" script - there are plenty of examples around on this forum and in the scripting library - I personally use Strife's poseball script. You'll have to find a suitable anim, or make one yourself - searching for anims and poses inworld will bring up a set of options I personally tend to use Nyterave but Mr. P, Abranimations Cris Midnight and others all do some excellent anims. If you want to know about making your own the animations forum is the place to ask.
Ah, and if you're an uncomfortable scripter, poseballs make it easier. You put your default sit script in, rotate and position to taste and off you go. You can (almost) always do the same thing by scripting but playing with offsets, rotations etc. can be more of a nuisance, or at least more time consuming. It saves a prim though, which is not to be sneezed at.
