If I use the function to teleport an agent home, and he has not set a home. . . where does he go? Will the function fail?

If I use the function to teleport an agent home, and he has not set a home. . . where does he go? Will the function fail? He will go to whichever orientation center he was born in. That is why you keep seeing naked newbies materialising there and looking lost  _____________________
