can i lock objects with script

can i lock my objects when i rez them and set there position by the script itself so that even i am not able to move them accidently.
i can do that by right click and setting it to locked but can same thing be accomplished by scripting.

It doesn't look like locking is possible via a script, I'm afraid. Your best would be the "llSetPrimitiveParams()" function, but I don't see any mention of locking in the documentation on LSL wiki.
