Scripts not working even with perms

Last week my rotation scripts stopped working and now any animation in a texture stops too.

Everything worked fine with perms set to group but now no matter what I do I can't get any to work. Even in two other locations. And a sandbox. I can't help wondering if its something I may have done in my preferences or tools or client, I don't know.

Can anyone help ?

This is not much help, but i had a similar experience, see my thread. I rearranged the script and is working again. There must be a logical explanation, but i am still looking for it.
