When users in SL click on a prim or pass by one (depending on script written),resulting in web pages (Daden navigator) or video streams loading on the prim, is the media registered to the individual IP address of the viewer or a general SL IP ?

At the moment, anything like video/audio streams and HOAP will cause the individual clients to request the data, so it will usually be logged according to the user's own IP address. (This will be masked, of course, if you are behind a proxy or NAT of some kind).
