Is there a way to keep two flexi prims in sync...and or get them to follow?

No, they're client side. This is like asking to sync llTargetOmega.

However, often flexiprims will be synced automatically, at least in my experience. By 'follow' I assume you mean 'stack'-- link them end to end to make a very long flexiprim. This is not possible.

I haven't played with them a lot, but from what I observed in the test phase, if you have a flexi-prim and then duplicate it a bunch of times, without changing the X,Y,Z rotation, they will be in sync.
