Well I hope I can explain this correctly, but here goes: I've been given a script to use on any objects I want, emitting particles (I believe) and it was just fine and dandy...Then I got bored of it and deleted the script...which did nothing. I relogged, figuring it was some silly malfunction or lag of some sort. Then to my dismay, coming back and realizing nothing had changed. The objects I used the script on continue to do this: http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/6644/particles001br6.pngNote: there is NO script on any of the objects in question, but they continue to glow like that. Please tell me someone can help!.

Yep, particles are like size and shape and color (and floating text and a few other odd things for that matter) - particles become a property of the prim, until another script changes it back. Deleting the script doesn't matter. Here's a script to get rid of them. default { state_entry() { llParticleSystem([]); } }

Well, that only worked for 1 object, no matter what i do certain objects aren't stopping their glowing thing. Thank you much though, i'm glad it worked for something.

There is a recently introduced bug in the particle system which prevents this from working correctly. The currrent work around is here

The is a neat little script called The Scrubber which I use to clean my prims - works very well, just drop it in - it cleans the prim and then deletes itself.
