What is needed for this type of method?
I have a web server with MYSQL PHP 5 and 500gb Transfer with 200gb Free, would that be alright for it?

The amount of bandwidth you need is directly proportional to the script requirements, times the number of scripts. What you should know, is that xml-rpc is currently limited to replying to requests. Witch means scripts in secoundlife cannot request data from your server. With out the server first contacting them. The only way, the scripts can initiate contact is by e-mail.
