simple one touch sit pad

hello all!!

could anyone help me out with the code to make an avi sit with just one click? i've seen these nifty labelled sit-spots where when you just click on the sphere it automatically puts u there and maybe plays an animation if its got one. the only way i can sit down on things so far is by having to right-click the prim and click "sit here". its very clumsy and long winded.

i'm just after the bit of code that allows you to sit on with just one left click, and maybe label the mouse "sit here" when u hover it over like i've seen on some classy stuff.

if anyone could help me out i'd appreaciate it.

on second thought, isn't there a way to both touch AND sit with just one click of a mouse?
