I need to script wepons to work with combat meters.
I know how to work " safe zone " meters ( as used by Gorian sims ) but I need information, or open sorce scripts, to show me how the " ACME " system works.
Can anyone help with a source of this information.

IIRC, the Acme system is closed source, and users aren't allowed to know how it works.
If I were you I'd ask the ACME script maker directly.
