does anyone know any scripting way to make an avatar, either the skin or the clothes or both, shiny?..and I am not refering to object attachment clothes..or masks..

You might be able to make yourself *look like* you're reflecting light, but you can't actually reflect light or glow with skin or clothing. _____________________
