Email to objects not working?

I have a scanner script that performs a single set of scans scan either on touch or when it receives an email. This was working as recently as two weeks ago, but for the last week it has only occasionally been able to receive emails. It works perfectly well on touch.

I took the object & re-rezzed it, reset it, lalala .... it can send email, but does not receive them. Has anyone else noticed this lately?

It was working for me earlier today.

You are aware that when you re-rezzed it, it probably got a new key, so whatever's sending the email needs to send it to a new address, right?

yeah, it sends an email first to a notecard-configurable addr to let the owner know what its current address is. I get that email, but it isn't getting mine anymore. Maybe the sim is somehow borked ... guess i'll rez an instance elsewhere.
