I have seen a couple times where a call like:

llSetText("blah\n", <1,1,1>, 1.0);
will show something like:

blah
blah

Anybody else seen this?

I hadn't up until about a week ago, Then I realised some of my vendors which had been previously placed with the correct Hover text displayed had doubled up as you have explained.

I am unsure of why but I just replaced the vendor and the newer vendor worked as it was intended with only a single line of text.

So -that's- why the Shrine in DarkLife is doing that....

I bug reported that a few versions back, but I guess it's still an issue. :confused:

I've only had that problem when using the | (pipe) character in my hovertext... just a suggestion

That would explain a few things I noticed of mine also (especially odd, since I don't think they recalled the SetText for a couple revisions.

I've bug reported this several times. It's a result of ending the text with one or more \n characters.
