Permission Notecard to Email problems

I made a script to send a notecard gave by a user via email.

Any walk correctly but it is necessary to have the rights of modification on the object to be able to give a notecard to the object which sending by email .

I do not manage to find which are the rights to give or modify by script so that any user can deposit his notecard in the object
