Open Access Popup Menu script

Howdy all. I'm back with another scripting project.
Cence I can't currently log in to SL from work I gotta ty here.

I am needing a script that when a prim is touched by anyone a menu pops up user side with options.

This is for an elevator. So each option will be a floor #

I ask here only becouse I havent the slightest clue where to start with these type of scripts.
if all ealse fails I may try to see if I can get a copy from Cubey's elevator if he will allow me.
