setting up a bot

Hello everyone,

I am kind of new in using bots , i would like to set it up for my business , can I have the help of any one who is experienced in this issues so he/she can support me while setting it . It has a lot of readings issues which really confuse me . I need someone just to tell me the steps and be patiant to follow so I can do the things correctly .
