I've seen some very creative uses of LSL since I started this whole SL obsess--, er, "hobby". Though I'm firmly seated on the short-bus so far as scripting is concerned, I'm still eager to learn whatever I can.

I wish to make some one-prim objects exhibit movement now. While I've seen some excellent behavior (Catfart Grayson's fishies come to mind), I don't even want to create movement on that intense of a level.

My desire is simply to make my digital fish move back and forth in a straight line, nice and slow like. While I've been pointed toward actual llCommand-stuff, I have such a basic lack of ability that even that isn't helping. Consulting the Wiki notes, while helpful, did not give me the tools to construct a script.

I'm best at modifying existing scripts, because if I didn't I'd just have a bunch of objects that say "Hello" to you when they're touched.

Any help that someone could offer would be really appreciated. I'm willing to pay for a script that I could modify relatively simply, or would love it if someone with a gift for communicating with non-programmers could help me along this path. :)

Thanks in advance to any who are willing to help!
