Hello,
I've made pose stand - I know there are plenty of them available, but it was a handy way to learn to use llDialog <grin>.
I have it all up and running exactly the way I want, except for one annoying issue - when I am posed/seated, and I wear or remove an item of clothing, it unsits me. This does spark a changed event, so the code isn't doing anything ugly - but it defeats the purpose of my booth.
What I'd like to do is be able to right-click an item of clothing in the inventory, and select Wear/Take Off, without, er, unsitting? I'm not bothered about using appearance mode while seated.
I've checked out a few posing stands available in world, but I haven't seen one that doesn't kick you off for changing clothes.
I'd be grateful for any advice on how to solve this.
Thanks, Fairge
P.S. They used 'souveniring' on the news last night, I've decided to be fast and loose with verbs today <grin>

I don't think it's possible, but I am not a scripter.

I'm pretty certain it's not possible, no matter Lo's scripting skills. er... Anyway, changing the av's textures un-sits it no matter what. I've not clue one why this is, but I do know it's universal.

I have often wondered why baking a texture requires the avatar to unseat. Maybe we should hotline that question for one of da techies?
