looking for a gravity beam, tractor beam script

hey im looking for a gravity beam script or tractor beam... dont really know the difference 0.o. what i want to do is put it on the bottom of my ship and lift ppl at a steady distance of 2-7 meters. its gotta be voice activated to ;) Thx

Rickard Roentgen has a tight implementation of this, clean and efficient in his usual style. (Yes, it's voice-activated too.) Ask him! :)
