I am creating a bunch of objects that use a lot of physics and I am trying to come up with a way of determining how much load they are putting on the sim. Since I am not a sim owner, I don't have access to estate manager tools.
I have looked though the many posts about measuring 'lag' but did not see anything about how this might be accomplished.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You can get a lot of that information with the shift-ctrl-1 stats display. It works best on an empty or near-empty sim, so that you can be sure the changes in the numbers are caused by your stuff. Details here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Statistics_Bar_GuideYou can click on the darker bands in the window to display more details. and remember that physics calculations can be affected by non script variables like prim cuts, twists, etc.... also for REALLY heavy usage, time dilation isn't a bad stat to watch, since it's most heavily impacted by the physics engine (but you have to stress it to the point of cutting into dilation, which pretty much means multiple copies)
