Hi,
i hope someone can explain me how you can see the difference between Touch and a Touch of 3 (of more ) seconds.
I have seen inworld that some scripts can see the difference if a person touch the object with a normal click or if a person touch the object for several seconds.
i have seen it with a teleporter: normal click is the tp menu and if i click it for 5 seconds i get the configuration menu.
i can't figure out how they do it, hope someone can explain it to me.
thanks in advance

SL tells scripts when the touch event starts and when it ends.. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Touchhttp://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Touch_starthttp://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Touch_endThe scripts are probably saving the current time when touch_start happens then checking it against the time that touch_end happens.
