I dont own land so I am not sure, but I read a couple post about people getting "banned" from islands, so I was wondering if this works.
Let's say you want to make a business setting or possibly a class. If someone says anything vulgar (from a list of cuss words), a prim listens and warns the user of his/her offenses. If the user continues to be vulgar, the prim kicks him/her out the region. Is this possible? Sorry, Im not too keen on rules yet....

You could do it, certainly, but I really don't think it would be a good idea.
You would need to have prims listening to everyone on channel 0, which is very laggy, distributed about the place so that anything said is overheard by at least one of them. Then everything would, I think, need passing back to a central unit that parsed everything it heard and compared each word to a banned words list.
If someone says something it doesn't like, see if they're on a list of previous offenders. If they are, boot them; if they're not, add them to the list and warn them. You'd need some mechanism, I guess, to avoid double-counting offences if someone is overheard swearing by two or more prims.
So, certainly possible but horribly laggy. Far simpler and better to give some responsible person group or estate powers and let them keep order, I'd have thought.

Yeah, this would only be used when no one is around to moderate maybe, maybe some sort of keeping the order when a physical person can't, not sure, just a thought.... But good points you brought up, thanks, I'll keep that in mind!
