The picture doesn't show enough. The error has nothing to do with the code starting the reading of the notecard; it's complaining about a missing script.
Look for a call to llResetOtherScript() or llSetScriptState(), or any other LL function with "Script" in the name.
The image is too fuzzy to read, but the name of the script being controlled is "zFD Sidebar Move" or something like that.
However, don't try to read an empty notecard -- make sure it has at least one line in it. Otherwise you'll get misleading results.
