How do i stop events happening
if you ;okk at my prevous post, which was solved in no yime thanks to the help of otheres
i need to only make the whisper happen now and again

I'm guessing you're refering to the collision_start thread.
Default objects (neither physical, temp or phantom) seem to trigger multiple collision_start events for collisions. One way to sort it is to make it a phantom object and use llVolumeDetect(TRUE) in the state_entry.
This only sends one collision_start and one collision_end event when passed through, but no collision events in between.

Thanks for the answr, not appropriate in this case
i solved it by just setting a flag for coiilision_start and collision_end
but i will remember you suggestion it will probably come in usefull in another situation.
I think I was just having a brain dead night :))
