i am looking into building a chat monitor to make sure my employees are actually doing what they are supposed to and arn't abusing my customers is this posible/legal

Its always in the chatlogs though. I am uncertain as to how someone could do this, someone I am sure must know who does.

Ill throw you together a script very fast.

In order to keep it TOS compliant, you must have a visible message saying its being recorded, and your employee should mention it to anyone they talk to for a sale.
Also, llInstantMessage ends up being capped. I would use a very simple PHP script and llHTTPRequest using POST to keep track of the logs.
