Hrm, I'm not sure what you mean by a stand script?
If you mean execute an animation, you would use llStartAnimation (note: you must first have PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION to use it). If you mean force a character who is sitting to stand, you would need to use a changed event and a llAvatarOnSitTarget for detection and llUnSit (which will only work if the AV is over your land.)
