This may be in the wrong forum .. forgive me if I'm barking up the wrong tree.
I don't know much about scripting yet. But I've got a place with window tinting (you type /55tint to get the window to cycle through 3 levels of tint). The problem is that the different windows are out of synch. So when I give the command, the windows are in different stages of tint, defeating the purpose of tinting them in the first place.
Anyone know how I can reset the windows to get them all to match?
Thanks

WHat are you using to "say the command?

If you are using a llSay command then some windoes that are out of range may not be getting the message. an llShout will go out to 96 meters. as far as syncing the windows, it will depend on your scripting, you can send teh windows a command to set themselves at a specific value, that should take care of it

Thanks Sara,
I do use the ||Say ...
That is how they came to be out of synch with each other. How to solve it is another matter. Not sure if there is a command beside /55tint .... hmm. Would the library be of help?

If you have rights, select the object(s) in edit mode and then use the Tools menu/Reset scripts in selection. If that doesn't work get another scripter lol.
