Need llStopAnimation for non-looping animation?

This is a very basic question what I haven't really tested and cannot test where I am currently at. Now I know that llStopAnimation is needed to stop looping animations or a held pose, but is llStopAnimation needed on animations that does not loop?

Nope. Animations which "end" automatically stop, and don't need to explicitly be stopped.
