Running scripts in "No Script" areas

I'm curious...

When I enter a "No Scripts" area my script (HUD) stops running and responding to my voice commands (which is what I would expect), BUT my MystiTools HUD still runs and responds to voice commands.

How can this happen, or more to the point how can I keep my HUD running too?

Thanks

Did you ever notice how if you accidentally hit that silly "release keys" button, MystiTool is one of the things that falls off? That's because it takes controls like a vehicle or AO would.

For details see https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-556 - as you can see in there, people disagree if this is a good or bad thing.
