I've come across a problem recently with my bikes. After about 3 minutes of riding this error pops up ..." Too many sound requests. Throttled until average falls "... and is non stop. I haven't changed anything in my script in forever, I have tried recompile to Mono but with the same results. Any ideas anyone ?

Yep, they added that sound throttling stuff that causes that message in the 1.23 server. The good news is that one of the changes in 1.26 will be to make it nag about the throttling less.
