open the door for me

Hi Gurus,

I know door scripts are probably plentiful in SL, but since I'm at work atm I don't have the ability to go shopping.

Can anyone tell me if there's a good door script out there that lests you:

1a) Lock/Unlock the door
*or*
1b) Only open for specified owners (it may be more than one so I can't use llGetOwner(); , would probably have to be from an "owner's list" )

2) Allow for door swing differences, so I can use the same script on both doors but reverse one so they swing in the same direction

3) Use voice commands to set owners and set listen channels

This is for an apartment complex and I'm in a bit of a hurry. If anyone has a script similar to this or can point me to where I can buy one I would appreciate it. I'd rather not go buy a premade door with all this in it as I have to do this to 24 or more doors and the cost could be prohibitive.
