Ok, i co-own a rather large plot (25K m) in Rydal

We've been having issues with folks dropping items on the land (yesterday it was 315 of them). Now before you all flame me for not using the obvious return items not in group functions or turning off create objects, let me say it's set up this way for a reason. I build for my business on this plot and turning off create objects every time is a pain. As well return objects after x minutes always bites me in the butt because I forget to change tags.

At any rate, the meat of the subject. I've been playing with ways to find hidden prims that I dont know the name of or dont know the type. I have a pointer script that's very handy if you know the name and the object is within 96m, but it doesnt work if you dont know the name.

What i would *like* to see is some script that does a radar sweep and points to (somehow) items not in my current group tag.

Possible? :confused:

I am at work so can't check for sure. But I think it's Crystalshard Foo who makes a sophisticated object scanner that may solve your problem. Apart from scanning named objects, it can search and list scripted or non scripted objects etc. When you recognice the object from a list you can get it to point to it. IM me for more details if you cant find the device.

Look at llSensor() and llDetectdGroup().
