scripting help?

I am looking for something that will make my prim allow anyone to read the note in contents and to place their own note in there for others to read. I have the bullentin board but didnt help. Has anyone any ideas.

I know at some points I have been able to see scripts and notes in other peoples objects.

I also have had all permissions set with the object and the notes inside. Also a inventory drop script, but anyone without mod rights still couldnt view the notes

Let me see if I can help...

First you need to enable all drop inv perms.
Second, you must make sure that "next owner" perms on notes and such that people drop in must be readable! no mod is ok but you need copy (I think))

that's about it... some inventroy manipulation and there you have it.
